Emma Fiddler
I’ve been in the early childhood industry for 10 years now and am qualified with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for supporting children’s development through play-based learning and meaningful interactions.
I believe that when a child feels safe, secure, and nurtured, they are more confident to explore, grow, and thrive. Creating that sense of belonging is at the heart of everything I do. I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with each child and their family, and I further enjoy collaborating with families—working together to support each child in their learning journey.
Being a role model and educator to the children, I enjoy getting involved in their play and learning. I have a big passion for art, as I believe it allows children to explore their imagination and creativity, builds confidence, and helps them express who they are as individuals. Being hands-on, getting messy, and sharing in the joy and laughter of those special everyday moments is what makes this role so rewarding.
I also have a passion for the outdoors. Living on a farm, I’m always hands-on, so at the centre I love to get involved with gardening and exploring different ways for children to enjoy and connect with the outdoor environment.
I feel truly privileged to be a part of your child’s early years and look forward to learning and growing alongside them.
